How it all started.
Tree of Life Christian Fellowship Church of God has been part of the Zanesville, Ohio for 35 years as of January 2023. It was founded by Tom and Ann Hayes as God gave them the vision and the heart to start a brand new church.
As They followed the leading of the Holy Spirit the Tree had many different places to worship and eventually found their way to 2220 Chandlersville Road. This is where Tree still calls home today! After 30 years of ministry Tom and Ann retired from pastoring Tree in 2018.

Continuing the mission!
In 2018 Tree of Life started a new chapter but with the same mission! We do not just want to be a church but we want to be a family! We want everyone that pulls in to our parking lot, comes in our doors, and sits in our sanctuary to feel as if they are home.
We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We are to carry and deliver the GOOD NEWS to those that need it. We follow the Five E's of the Tree. ENCOUNTER them where they are, ENGAGE with them, ENCOURAGE people to get involved, EDUCATE through the bible and not man made rules, and EXECUTE ministires .

Moving forward!
Jesus tells us to pick up our cross and to follow Him. That is what we plan on doing. The only direction we can move is forward! We want to be part of this community and have and will continue to do things like be part of the Commemoration Parade, Service at the Lake (Lake Isabella), Drive thru prayer, VBS, N.O.W. (Nght of worship), Sunday night ignite, we want to reach as many people for Jesus as possible. That includes you! We want to invite you to be a part of this ever growing family. Come get rooted!
